How to Book the Sky Views Edge Walk in Dubai: Steps
Understand the booking steps, check the experience requirements before selecting a visit, and prepare practical questions about availability and inclusions.

Check Edge Walk eligibility before selecting a session
The dedicated Edge Walk page lists ages 12–65, weight 30–120 kg and height 130–200 cm, with in-person parental consent for participants under 18. The general FAQ gives a different minimum height of 120 cm. Use the activity-specific page when planning and confirm eligibility directly with the venue before paying.
Check the rules for every participant, not just the person making the reservation. Admission to Sky Views Observatory does not mean someone qualifies for Edge Walk. If an activity limit affects your group, confirm with the venue before paying.
Book the outdoor experience, not simply Observatory entry
Choose a product explicitly listing the Edge Walk activity. Confirm any accompanying Observatory access, Glass Slide ride and photography inclusions in the selected option. An Observatory-only product or Burj Khalifa combo does not automatically provide outdoor ledge access.
Check the date, session time, final group price and cancellation or rescheduling terms. Outdoor operations can be affected by conditions, but the remedy depends on the operator and booking terms. Save the supplier confirmation and contact the supplier if an inclusion or reservation detail is unclear.
Allow time for arrival, preparation and the complete experience
The operator's FAQ currently lists Observatory admission from 10:00 AM–8:00 PM and Edge Walk from 10:30 AM–7:00 PM. Last admission may be earlier than closing. Confirm the schedule and your activity's time slot for the date you book.
The official FAQ recommends arriving 30 minutes before your booked visit. Allow additional travel time to find the attraction entrance; early arrival does not mean your session starts early.
The operator estimates around 35 minutes to enjoy the Observatory and around 90 minutes for the complete Edge Walk experience. These are estimates, not guaranteed queue times or a limit on your Observatory stay. Allow time for check-in, photography and activity queues; do not interpret the full Edge Walk session as 90 minutes continuously on the ledge.
Sky Views is at Address Sky View, Tower 1, Downtown Dubai. The operator lists entrance access at Level 0 near the Tower 1 residences entrance, or at Level 1 via the Dubai Mall Metro link. Use Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station on the Red Line and follow your ticket's check-in instructions.
Prepare your clothing and belongings
The operator's Edge Walk page requires modest, comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes, not skirts, dresses, high heels, flip-flops or loose footwear. Follow staff instructions for the harness and personal belongings. Confirm equipment and photography arrangements with the venue rather than assuming a phone can be carried on the ledge.
