Sky Views Observatory Tickets: Booking and Planning
Prepare for a smoother visit by checking ticket details, experience access and the terms that apply to your chosen date before completing a booking.

Step 1: decide which Sky Views experiences you want
Start with your priorities: indoor skyline views, the Glass Slide, the outdoor Edge Walk, or a combo with another attraction. Sky Views Observatory includes the 46-metre glass-floor setting, but a reseller admission label alone does not establish slide or Edge Walk access.
Read the selected product's inclusions line by line. The operator advertises a general-admission package with one slide ride; the Burj Khalifa combo listed on this site does not list the slide or Edge Walk. The Gold Package lists one slide ride and one Gold Collection Menu choice, not unlimited rides or a full restaurant meal.
Step 2: check eligibility before choosing a date
The operator's Observatory page lists Glass Slide limits of 120–200 cm in height and 30–150 kg in weight. Its general FAQ groups the slide with Edge Walk and gives different age and weight limits. Confirm slide-specific eligibility with the venue before booking, especially for children or anyone near a limit.
The dedicated Edge Walk page lists ages 12–65, weight 30–120 kg and height 130–200 cm, with in-person parental consent for participants under 18. The general FAQ gives a different minimum height of 120 cm. Use the activity-specific page when planning and confirm eligibility directly with the venue before paying.
Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian, according to the official FAQ. Admission as a child does not automatically qualify someone for the Glass Slide or Edge Walk. Check each child's height, weight, the activity's rules and any in-person consent requirement before choosing a package.
Step 3: choose your visit time and allow for arrival
Use daylight for landmark identification, sunset for changing colours or evening for city lights. Check sunset for your actual travel date; a fixed year-round sunset slot is not reliable. Compare available times rather than assuming a specific slot is still available.
The operator's FAQ currently lists Observatory admission from 10:00 AM–8:00 PM and Edge Walk from 10:30 AM–7:00 PM. Last admission may be earlier than closing. Confirm the schedule and your activity's time slot for the date you book.
The official FAQ recommends arriving 30 minutes before your booked visit. Allow additional travel time to find the attraction entrance; early arrival does not mean your session starts early.
The operator estimates around 35 minutes to enjoy the Observatory and around 90 minutes for the complete Edge Walk experience. These are estimates, not guaranteed queue times or a limit on your Observatory stay. Allow time for check-in, photography and activity queues; do not interpret the full Edge Walk session as 90 minutes continuously on the ledge.
Step 4: review the total and terms before paying
The operator's Observatory page lists general admission at AED 89 for adults and AED 69 for children, including the Observatory, Glass Walk and one Glass Slide ride. These are reference prices for the operator's advertised package, not guaranteed prices or inclusions for every reseller or combo. Check your selected date, child category and final checkout total.
Our booking links open third-party checkout, including Tiqets. Confirm the final price, currency, number of guests, date, time, included activities and any taxes or fees. Cancellation and rescheduling depend on the specific ticket and terms you select; do not assume every option is refundable.
- For a combo, check whether each attraction needs its own timed reservation and in which order you intend to visit.
- For children, check the supplier's age category separately from slide or Edge Walk eligibility.
- Save the booking confirmation and read whether it provides entry directly or requires ticket collection.
Step 5: use the confirmation to plan your arrival
Sky Views is at Address Sky View, Tower 1, Downtown Dubai. The operator lists entrance access at Level 0 near the Tower 1 residences entrance, or at Level 1 via the Dubai Mall Metro link. Use Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station on the Red Line and follow your ticket's check-in instructions.
Keep your ticket available on your phone and bring identification if your booking asks for it. Follow the specific instructions for entry, any required check-in and the handling of belongings. Contact the supplier if the confirmation is missing or the reservation details are incorrect.
